Vacancy for Campaign Manager

This post is at present unpaid and may well suit a retired person whose previous work experience was of a similar nature. If you also have experience in dealing or a desire to involve themselves in aspects of the elderly, such as pensions, care, rights, health, taxation or something similar this would help.

We anticipate the area of expertise would include the following:-

To develop a continuous campaign for the Pensioners Political Party.

To implement national campaigns so as to guide and focus local and regional campaigning activity.

Work with the other members of the team to develop strategies for each campaign.

Coordinate between all party officers and members by email and newsletters.

Organise campaign events and coordinate campaign information.

Record work undertaken, and evaluate its effectiveness.

Ensure all necessary communications for policies, lobbying or campaign work.

Ability to think independently, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Able to work on own initiative, prioritise own workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
