Housing
There is without a doubt a great housing problem within England. Additionally, there is a large number of sub standard housing stock. The situation has been exacerbated by the trend for single person or single parent housing units to be virtually built as standard.
We would like to see the removal of all sub-standard housing units including caravans, trailers, prefabricated units and any other form of antiquated and environmental damaging forms of accommodation.
We would like to introduce a desirable family allowance for married couples and their family to live as a unit and not separately. We would also introduce a couples allowance for two or more adults living under the same roof. This would reduce the housing requirement, lessen the burden on benefits and bring a more stable upbringing for the children.
We would like to improve the build rate of housing which may mean utilising the less desirable sections of green belt, such as scrubland. Any intrusion into the greenbelt must be offset with additional planting of forestation. Obviously it is not desirable to encroach into green belt for obvious reasons but once the ingress of immigrants is controlled there would be an opportunity to plan land management in a far more effective manner. We would also like to search out and evict those aliens living here illegally and certainly those that cannot conduct themselves in a civilised manner. We would like to create a situation where the cost of housing comes down and not this forever spiral upwards creating more wealth for those in a more advantageous position in life.
