Roger Edwards - Party Leader
Took over the post of Leader of the Pensioners Party in 2007.
Born just after the war and educated at Woolwich Polytechnic. Initially served a 5 year apprenticeship as a Journeyman Electrician. Continued studies and via a route of qualifications and experience became an Electrical Engineer and subsequently owned a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Consultancy. Responsible for design and supervision of large and complex engineering contracts.
During his career travelled extensively to the Middle East and North America. Co-ordinating and integrating with overseas companies for a wide array of works. Nationally carried out works for the British Government, Banks, Property Companies, Local Councils and a multitude of private clients.
Following early retirement became a Parish Councillor and served on a number of committees including local planning control.
Roger has a wife, Janice, whom he has been married to for 40 years, raising two sons who are both married with two children of their own.

Barry Hodgson - Treasurer and Nominations Officer.
Has served with the party since inception as Party Treasurer.
Born just after the war and educated at a local Grammar School, he then signed up for a traditional six year mechanical engineering apprenticeship in heavy industry (British Steel).
Several years in Management Services followed, moving into Management before working in the Middle East as Office Manager then Exploration Camp Manager.
Back in the UK, he lectured in Operations Management and Business Enterprise at local College and University before becoming self-employed in 1996 as a free-lance Management Consultant.
He is still active in that role, providing assistance to manufacturing industry in Quality and Efficiency techniques as well as the administration of various deceased estates. Additional to his work as Treasurer and Nominating Officer of the Party, he is also President and Trustee for the Staffordshire Iron & Steel Institute and associated with several other local organisations.
In 2004 he stood for the Pensioners Party as West Midlands Candidate in the Euro elections and polled 33,000 votes.......

Jonathan Cockburn - Deputy leader.
Jonathan Cockburn was educated at Emanuel Grammar School and London University. He used to be the MD of Ascom Elsydel Ltd, a Bristol-based parking equipment company, before working as a consultant for APCOA. He is now the MD of Portcullis Parking Ltd, a small management facilities company based in Bath. He is married to Louise, a clinical psychologist, and they have three grown-up children.
He stood against Tony Blair at the last general election on an Anti-Iraq-war platform and predicted that retaliation in the UK was inevitable; this turned out to be the July 7 bombings. Outside politics, his other interests include sheep farming, sailing and writing.
